Early Life & Passion
for Psychology

Born in a village in the northern part of India, Aditya grew up in a close-knit, joint religious family as the eldest child. At the age of four, he moved to the city with his uncle, aunt, and cousins to pursue better education, a journey that shaped his future in profound ways. 

His first encounter with psychology came during his formative years, when he was deeply intrigued by the way human thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape one’s life experiences.

This curiosity led him to explore the subject further, igniting a passion to bridge the gap between psychological science and spiritual wisdom. As life progressed, this childhood dream was rekindled when Aditya began studying psychology during his school years.

Mentorship & Spiritual Awakening

A life changing moment came when Aditya met his mentor, Mr. Ashwani Deswal, with whom Aditya embarked on a journey of self-mastery, learning the art of communication, human behaviour, and, most profoundly, the practice of mindfulness.

In one transformative session, Mr. Deswal introduced Aditya to meditation, sparking a life-altering shift. Aditya dove deep into the realms of mindfulness, realising that this ancient practice held the key to unlocking human potential in ways he had never imagined.

Meeting the Master

Another profound event occurred: Aditya met his Guru, a Himalayan Yogi and enlightened master. Describing the experience as “love at first sight,” Aditya recalls being moved to tears, overwhelmed by a deep spiritual connection.
This encounter led him on a deeper spiritual path, as he immersed himself in ancient yogic practices and meditations under his Guru’s guidance and grace. Meditating and learning became a cornerstone of Aditya’s life, integrating seamlessly with his academic studies at University of Delhi and MRIIRS.

Therapeutic Work & Client Engagement

As Aditya’s understanding of human behaviour deepened, he expanded his expertise, earning certifications in yog, mindfulness, meditation, ancient healing modalities, and coaching along with his masters and PhD in Psychology. This holistic approach allowed him to address not just mental and emotional health but also physical and spiritual well-being.

While continuing his journey as a psychologist and taking ahead the wisdom of sages and integrating it with modern psychology, Aditya’s journey as a doctoral researcher is rooted in his dedication to understanding the impact of ancient yogic and meditative practices on various aspects of human life. His research explores the efficacy of these modalities in promoting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Therapeutic Impact & Mission

With a mission to make mental health support accessible, Aditya has founded multiple mental health platforms, trained hundreds of aspiring and practising psychologists, and worked with professionals from leading global organizations, including Google, Microsoft, Boeing, EY, NHS, Walmart, Harvard University, AIIMS, and more.


Through his workshops, training programs and individual sessions, he helps his participants overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s challenges, fostering resilience and balance.

Vision

At the core of his philosophy lies the ancient wisdom of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्)—”the world is one family.” His vision is to create a world where people find harmony in their minds, emotions, and spirit, unlocking their full potential through mindfulness and self-discovery.
