Refund Policy

1. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY

All payments made for sessions or assessments are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes payments made for:

  • One-on-one sessions (online or offline)
  • Pre-paid session packages
  • Psychological assessments
  • Consultations or guidance calls
  • Workshops
  • Training Programs
  • Retreats or any other services and program we may offer.

Once the payment is made, no refund shall be issued, regardless of attendance,cancellation, scheduling conflicts, or changes in your availability.

2. SESSION CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

  • All appointments are confirmed only after payment is received in full.
  • Payments may be made via official payment gateway or bank transfer (for Indian clients) and in USD or INR (for international and domestic clients respectively).
  • We are not responsible for any failed or incomplete payments made through third-party platforms or banking channels.
3. MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

  • If you miss a confirmed session without informing us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be marked as complete and the fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • If you miss a rescheduled session, it will also be marked as complete with no refund or carry forward.
4. RESCHEDULING TERMS

  • Clients may reschedule their session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Only one reschedule per session is allowed.
  • A maximum of one session may be rescheduled per month.
  • No refunds or credit will be provided for rescheduling requests that violate this policy.
5. SESSION EXTENSION POLICY

  • Sessions typically last between 50 to 90 minutes.
  • In case a session runs longer, additional time will only be charged with your prior verbal or written consent.
  • If a session exceeds the scheduled time without such consent, you will not be charged for the extra minutes.

     6. WAITING PERIOD & SCHEDULING

    • Due to high demand, the typical waiting period is 7 to 10 days.
    • Appointment slots are released weekly and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • You may request a specific slot in advance or ask our team to assist in scheduling.

    7. EXCEPTIONS FOR EMERGENCIES

    We do not offer immediate crisis intervention. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your nearest emergency service. Missed sessions due to emergencies are not automatically refundable, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for potential rescheduling without charge.
