I'm grateful for Aditya for therapy sessions. I was in a very dark place and it's surprising that my healing process was so quick. I used to get anxiety attacks very frequently almost every month, in fact i used to get feelings of suicide within seconds of getting the attack. The bottom part of my body would go paralysed. I used to get abusive thoughts in my mind towards my family too. I was very scared. My earlier experience with a therapist wasn't good hence i was postponing seeing a therapist and then the covid situation made things worse. In the first 2 sessions with Aditya, i just spoke about my present and past. I used to get irritated when he asked me, "what else"? I was desperate to cure myself and wanted a quick fix. I had read hundreds of books, researched on the topic of depression and it's psychosomatic effects but i wasn't able to find a solution to my problem. 

On the 4th session, he clearly related the specific past incident that was the point of concern. Through his guidance i was able to view so many of my past incidents in a different light. I want to share a specific incident with you all. The birth of my son wasn't a positive experience for me due to various reasons. That was something i wished i could go and change in my past. But with Aditya, the whole incident became totally opposite to what i was imagining it as. Now it's filled with light and colours. I'm very thankful to Aditya for this memory. There were lot of things i learnt from him like logic cannot compensate for the emotional pain and you cannot help somebody until that person is looking for help, to quote a few.
