About Aditya

Aditya is a psychologist whose work is grounded in psychology and informed by long-standing inner practice. Born in a village in northern India and raised within a close-knit joint family, his early life bridged traditional values and modern education.

From a young age, he developed a deep interest in understanding the human mind how thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns shape one’s experience of life. This curiosity led him toward formal study in psychology, alongside sustained engagement with meditation and contemplative disciplines.

A significant influence in his journey was meeting his Guru, a Himalayan yogi, under whose guidance Aditya immersed himself in traditional yogic and meditative practices. These practices became a stabilising foundation alongside his academic training, shaping a grounded and integrative orientation to psychological work for more than a decade.

Alongside his psychological work, Aditya continues his doctoral research, exploring the impact of ancient yogic and meditative practices on psychological, emotional, and overall human well-being, with an emphasis on integration and inner coherence.

Today, his work is held quietly and selectively, working with individuals seeking healing, resilience, and clarity in a contained and responsible manner. At the heart of his orientation lies the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the understanding that human well-being is interconnected.
